Skiing adventures, look at those cheeks!

Believe it or not, Karly reached the 10 pound mark.

We have a well check tomorrow so I'll post official weight after that.

Kitty came down so I could go skiing at Alpine for Presidents Day.

Really, she came to see Karly, but we'll pretend it was for us.

This was the first time we used the Mobi wrap. We walked for about a mile

but Karly was asleep after the first 5 minutes. Amazingly comfy!

Jesse needed a tow truck on the day that a lot of people in Reno needed a tow truck. Instead of calling me and waking me up with "My car won't start," he said "Tow truck's coming for my car." I'm thinking he wreaked it in the snow, but no, it just wouldn't start. Good thing we have a Mini dealer in Reno now and it didn't have to go to Sacramento. Turns out it was "carbon build up"? or something and it was under warranty. Thank goodness.

She doesn't really like tummy time on the mat, but here is a smile.

Not sure what to think about the snow. Really, I think it was just bright outside.

She's still a little young for the bumbo. She holds her head up really well, but not for long enough to make the bumbo an efficient place to hang out. I had to keep straightening her :)

My Valentine

Jesse got me flowers for Valentines Day and also bought one for his new baby!

There's her smile! He took the day off and we went skiing at Squaw with some great friends. They said it was the best snow all season (yea for me)! Karly got to stay with our new friend Michelle and her boys who already love her! I'll get some pictures of them with her- I forgot :)

So sleepy; she likes it here.

We went to dinner with Kris, Allan, Matt, Dorothy, Shawn,

Ryan & TJ for Allan and my birthdays. Yummy!

Karly slept most of the time. Someday she'll enjoy good food too. Jesse joked that next tim Tara comes to town we should eat here, but what a waste that would be! (They would laugh when she ordered a burger and probably kick her out.)

New this week...

This picture cracks me up, it's like EWW! I swear she was sleeping

and I caught her trying to wake up which she does as soon as I

put her down most of the time. Jesse seems better at it than I am.

Mom should recognize this outfit since she saved it since I was

born. Jesse makes fun of Karly when I dress her retro which he

says is whenever her outfit has a collar on it.

She's been smiling some but this week I've seen it a lot more.

And she's figured out how to stick out her tongue.

High five! More smiles before bath time. She loves her baths!

Lucy gets the cone of shame after starting a fight. She only needed

stitches. The other dog is fine.

Why do they make the hats so small with a 0-3 month outfit?

She's starting to out grow some sleepers. This was one

of my favorites. She's just too long for them.

Oops, I skipped a week!

Karly likes holding her own hand. She has found her mouth

and tries to suck on them, mostly unsuccessfully.
